Influential Communication Skills for Project Managers
Training Type: Seminar
Standard Duration*: 2 day(s)
Influential communication is the key skill for project managers and leaders. Leadership is about getting things done through people – motivating, inspiring and influencing stakeholders and team members towards desired outcomes. Our ability to do this is a direct reflection of who we are (our “ethos” or character), what we say (our “logos” or reasoning), and how we say it (our “pathos” or passion). This intensive seminar provides an introduction to the principles of influential communication skills that deliver short term results while building long-term Influence Equity™ among key project stakeholders. It provides tools and techniques with which we can increase our understanding of ourselves, identify the needs and interests of those we’re trying to influence, and target our messages to them with maximum effectiveness.
